Conversion of attached double garage to form independent living for an elderly partially disabled relative.
The converted internal space was used to form a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and a large wet room.
On completion of the project the relative was delighted with the result as it meant she could move from the care home she was in to her own self contained unit with family close by.
