Due to lack of space for a growing family a decision was made to convert the double length garage into habitable space.
The wall between existing kitchen and rear section of garage was removed so as to make way for a much larger kitchen/utility room.
The front area of garage was transformed into a bedroom with vaulted ceiling and doorway into existing hall.
